+How do I purchase a print?

Navigate to the “shop” tab on the main menu. From there, you can choose whether you would like to purchase from my travel prints, Oman prints, or limited edition prints gallery.

Select the print material you would like, whether it’s a fine art canvas wrap (available in matte or gloss) or photo paper prints (available in matte or gloss). Select the size you want for your print to ensure that it fits in the space.

After this, the page should show you the pricing for your selection. Add your choice of print to the cart and proceed to the checkout — or go ahead and purchase another print!

+Can I purchase my print in a frame?

Yes, you can purchase your print in a frame by contacting me directly.

Unfortunately, I don’t offer prints framed online through my website but this feature will be added soon. I offer metal prints (aluminium dibond prints), canvas art prints, and fine art panels as framing options. Using one of these options, your artwork will be ready to hang as soon as you open the box!

+What standards sizes do you offer?

My standard sizes are:

● A1 (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm)

● A2 (42 cm x 59.4 cm)

● A3 (29.7 cm x 42 cm)

● A4 (21 cm x 29.7 cm)

+Can I order custom sizes or extra-large sizes?

If you have an extra-large space in your home or office, a print in a custom size might suit the area beautifully. I am happy to print our photographs in custom sizes, as per your needs.

I also offer smaller sizes, with the photo framed or unframed. If you need a custom size, please contact me with your request!

+Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! If you would like to bring the beauty of Oman and my other subjects into your home or office, take a look through my galleries. I ship worldwide so that Oman’s gorgeous scenes can be enjoyed, no matter where you are in the world.

+How do you ship the frame and unframed prints?

I ship via DHL worldwide.

I ship unframed prints flat or in a tube, depending on your photo print order’s size. Smaller photo prints are sent in a secure carton envelope, and larger prints will be sent in a tube. I use a secure special packaging for framed artworks.

+How long will it take for my print to arrive?

If you’re in Oman and GCC, your print will arrive in 2 to 5 working days. If you live elsewhere in the world, it should take between 7 to 10 days.

+My print arrived and it’s damaged. What do I do?

If your artwork arrives damaged, please inform me immediately. Email me pictures of the damaged print and packaging. I will replace the artwork when the damage is confirmed.

+Which payment do you accept?

Payment is in US dollars.

I have opted to use PayPal for our credit card payments. This is because it’s a global online payment processor that uses the most stringent security standards.

In order to protect your information, I use SSL encryption on our site. I do not store your credit card information on my server.

I offer bank transfer, if you prefer that payment method. Import duties for the prints may apply by the laws and import regulations of the destination country.

+Are you in-charge of import duties/customs?

No. Some international orders may be subject to import duties/customs. By purchasing, you acknowledge khalidalkharusi.com is not responsible for these charges and it need to be pay by purchaser to local customs in his country.
